Once a top-secret Army post.

Vint Hill Farms Station was a WWII-era U.S. Army Signal Corps intercept facility — later run by the NSA. From the 1940s through the 1990s, this was one of the most sensitive intelligence-gathering sites in the country. After the base closed in 1997, the land was redeveloped into a master-planned village.

Today, the Vint Hill area covers about 500 acres of mixed residential, retail, and recreation — with the two 55+ communities (Vint Hill Manor and Four Seasons at Vint Hill) tucked inside.

Now a walkable village with serious character.

Old Bust Head Brewery, a local coffee shop, a winery, a small theater, restored historic buildings, walking trails, a community pool, pickleball courts, a dog park — it's all within the Vint Hill footprint.
